Nice.
My main rifle is a .22 magnum w/scope. Bullets are relatively cheap at 25-30 cents a bullet. I don't hunt so I just punch paper with it. My main shotgun is an old 870 Wingmaster with the longest available barrel. Not sure what the choke is but at about 10-15' its pattern is about the size of grapefruit. Direct hit on a close skeet will vapourize it

@tommymonza I see your point. I used to be afraid of guns until I got my restricted PAL. Now its something I love doing in my spare time. I look at firearms as a tool that can be a lot of fun if used responsibly. The biggest issue IMO is untreated mental illness. I think in terms of public safety the government would be much better off spending the money wasted on BS gun legislation to help treat mental illness.
tsavory, misterG, tommymonza and 1 other person Thank this. -
You would have to be fast on the trigger for sure!
Here is a tip: If you want your SKS to shoot smaller groups, stand closer to the target. -
Sometimes I'll set some clays up at the 50 and 100 yard marks and see if I can hit them. 50's got too easy with a scope but 100 yard is a bit of a challenge with a light .22 bullet outdoors with wind. -
I can see where skeet shooting could be fun. Older brother was into guns and we shot a few clays back in the day.
Doesn't take a gun for a. Net ally unstable person to kill. Look at tat guy with the knife the other day. -
Sometimes it's treated mental illness!
Doctors will prescribe medication on a verbal 5 minute interview, then prescribe mind altering drugs for someone depressed because they lost a pet!
Whatever happened to beer and your buddies shoulder as a form of medication? -
Mental illness as a defense seems popular awhile back up here in manitobia a guy on the greyhound cut a kids head off and was eating chunks of meat ..they said he forgot to take his meds now he's back on the street because he hasn't had a issue if he stays on his medication .. I guess if he slips off his meds again the doctors will treat him again if he kills Strange world nowadays

I remember that. I was hoping they'd have locked him up permanently. He's just as twisted as that guy who killed 2 families in the BC interior 30 years ago. That guy is eligible for parole every 2 years but he gets denied every time because half the province signs a petition to keep him locked away.
