On the left side of the engine in between the 4 timing solenoids.

I'm going through the same issue. Dealership changed the fuel pressure regulators and it didn't fix it. I'm going to change the shut off solenoid valve when I get back home. Fingers crossed.

Did it fix your issue?

Hi...ihave a 2005 volvo with isx 450 and abeeng having problens with fuel...the code the i recive fuel supply pressure too low..
Anybody help -
Hello... same problem with my 2007 intl 9400. Truck runs perfect then throws 128:F01 active for low fuel pressure detected by eco. Truck surges and loses throttle. Changed the high pressure pump and oddly it still will throw the code and surge ,however, since changing the high pressure pump it only goes active for a minute or so then code goes passive and the truck runs like a champ. I’m guessing it’s either a cracked pickup tube causing air or maybe the fuel shut off solenoid as indicated above. Anyone know how to check the fuel shut off solenoid ?

How did you find this? I’m having the same issue and have already replaced high pressure pump and lift pump.

This conversation is for a different ISX than you have. You must have a CM2250 or 2350. Totally different fuel system. List what year/make/engine and type of issues that you are having to get some help.Goodysnap Thanks this.

2007 is most likely a CM871
