My buddy took a load of rims up there for kaltire today. Said the same thing that you can hardly breathe going threw there and cops at every exit off the road.

 

He said stay in the left lane and your good to go. If you want to stop in town you have to stop at there road check, get approval. Then show approval to the cop at the exit your getting off at.
