Did you read up on quality? Lots of bad stories on here of drivers getting to Indy only to sit waiting for truck repairs ect ect.... I think one guy said he sat in a Hotel almost 3 weeks...

Woah, 3 weeks.. That's unacceptable! I didn't read that one, but, I read a couple reviews on Google. One guy said he went back and forth from Knoxville to Indy a few times and said all they had were Freightshakers..
I spoke with a O/O here at WSX and he got a 2016 KW T680 from them recently, said he didn't have any problems as of yet. When I spoke with them earlier they said they had a W900 on the lot in Indy.

I won't say that the quality deal is set up to make you fail, but i can honestly say i only know one guy that is doing well with a quality truck. The program is so bad in fact my carrier brought them in for a while but issues made them cut ties with them and will no longer accept quality trucks.

70% of the load sounds ok, but what are the deductions before that? Also go to the forum for lease operators and read the blogs for Quality. There are at least two.

70 is ok IF it's good paying freight. The percentage doesn't matter nearly as much as the quality of freight.

Straight from training to lease... yeah, that's a great idea...

I have experience. I could have gotten a truck right after orientation. I choose to go out with a trainer. IMO 3 days of load securment class wasn't enough. I wanted to see some real life flatbed loads before I started pulling 46k metal coils around the country.
Not reading the entire thread before posting a sly comment..yeah, that's a great idea...
    Good day sir!

I have read the entire thread, you chose to work for WE, so naturally I figured you had no experience...

Bean Jr. and KriegHund Thank this.

To be fair, it IS western express. Those two words go hand in hand with brand new driver or experienced driver with so many screw ups no other company will touch them. And just like cr england, they are well known to push leasing on guys straight out of school. So i can see how he over looked you stating you had experience.
