Intrigued by Conway (!)

I should have said out of the the top paying companies they would be at the bottom.

 

Can't argue that point....

 

I use to work for Conway back in 07 and i met a guy whot told me they did a complete overhaul as far what's expected out of the driver. Do they still do residentials and sort and seg stops? Those are the two that i hate!

 

Still some customers like that. They have changed in the fact that we don't do or shouldn't do stupid stuff like unloading heavy shipments by yourself. Dsr's also refuse to deliver if not safe to do so.

 

I use to hate loads like that while i had the dispatcher telling me "well such and such did it with no problem "... man i hated Conway back then. Thanks for the reply.

 

Why is Central Transport at the bottom?

 

Terrible benefits, poor equipment, poor management.
