I left E&H because within the last three months I've been sitting too long in between loads. Plus I found out from a veteran at E&H that they hired a bunch of new people. That could possibly explain the issues. Now I'm not hating on E&H. I have a brand new 2017 truck and I can't sit 3 days between loads like that. Twice I sat for 5 days if you count the weekends. And if I have to go home for any reason that's about 3 days each time. Now if you don't have a big truck payment and like to stay out for about 5 weeks at a time it can work out. I'm currently working under a friends authority (I just give him 10% of my gross loads) until Next year when I'll get my own authority.

I have been with E&H for just under 3 months. Like them to the extent that the loads are light. Which anyone knows, this time of year, great fuel. Not good when snow falls and no traction. Do not like sitting. They give too much time to deliver. And not enough miles. If I am going to be away from my family for 3-5 weeks. I want to run, not sitting in truckstops.

Personally after 42 years of driving with 13 years as a owner operator they have got to be the worst company I have ever worked for. Worked with them for 3 months. Had no violation no problems. Starting out they leave you setting way to much. They changed the insurance company which decided to not Insure me so they let me go. They took $2000 sign on bonus back because was not there for 6 months. Only one person you have to take it for what it is worth just read the contract and be very careful
