Well I'm done with Canada forever.

I go through the customs stations on 35 and 83 near Laredo and eagle pass weekly and they've never been anything but polite to me , but you are on camera all the time there and your comings and goings are recorded .

 

That ain't the border.

Great band no doubt. I am partial to their music as well but the best ever is quite a statement. If I was being objective, I could probably make a case for The Guess Who, The Band or Rush. Technically not bands but Celine Dion, Bryan Adams, Guy Lombardo and Shania Twain did OK for themselves worldwide which is something The Hip never really managed to do. Don't get me wrong...love The Hip and own every album

 

I'm kinda getting in to the band Monster Truck from Hamilton, Ont. They've got some good stuff.

 

I saw this band called coppermine up there they were ok live not great but ok. Local bar type establishment.

Avril Adams & Young is where its at.

 

Lol! Figured that would get a response! There are better bands for sure, but when they broke out in the early 90's, they took the cdn music world by storm.

 

I find that both countries treat the other truck like crap. At Pembina I've been dragging into the X-ray about 80% of the time. Most of the time the lineup are all Canadians truck. There has to be a better way to do these borders.

 

@Tai there is a better way. Just don't do 'em! Let some other sucker take those cross-border loads.
