I heard that too. They're trying to weed out the bad trainers and did raise the trainee pay. They did start me off at 47 cpm plus 3 cpm bonus if we hit the 21000 mile mark in a month which surprised my temp fm. He said they usually start at 42 cpm.

Good ol Werner, that's where I got my start some 5+ years ago lol. Maybe they are starting to turn things around a bit good for them. I got my year in and was out as quick as could be.
The Patriot Thanks this. -
Would they take a student driver who hasn't driven since graduating last year? It's been longer than 90 days unfortunately.

Hello. I am Werner driver as of now i am on a dedicated account for 99 cents store ONLY IN CALIFORNIA. Before i got this account i was OTR for 2 months and i make close enough to what i made OTR plus i am home weekly to see my 1 year old baby. So this is 850 minimum guarantee gross. Sometime my gross is 670-680-690 and Here is the best part they will top that off to make it 850 guarantee so its like free money on top. but the have a minimum requirements for that ofcourse it is a whole different pay scale at first you'll be surprise for what they say. And at the end if you get around with it you'll wanna stick with it. I love doing this i just get the whole system of how it works. And im been doing this for a 1 and a half month now and i am a new hire from feb this year. I see some grumpy co workers here and i see a lot of co workers who likes this thing. The place is really thight with a lot of other truckers standing by but over all you get paid for waiting!!!The Patriot and truckerim2055 Thank this. -
We reloaded about 7 miles from the rec in Auburn. About 6 pallets of grills going to redlands ca. Hopefully drop that tonight.
