Wonky Qualcomm

The black box for it might be under the bunk. There is a small panel with two screws that cover the backup battery. Pull out the QC battery and then disconnect the truck battery. That might help, for now, I doubt it will be the last time it does this...

 

You should call your log dept so they can help get you started on paper.Ask dispatch to route you to the term so shop and replace your qualcomm,takes less then 5 minutes.There is Also this place that fixed feeders also fixed Qualcomm's but the name of the busness escapes my memory at the moment.I have Had them fix my Qualcomm a couple times.

 

Thermo King? I've had them do some work, replace antenna and wiring then reinstall the software.

Not really a place you'd expect to go for Qualcomm repair. I suppose the new reefer units use similar stuf for communication.

 

Thermo king is a popular business but couldn't for the life of me remember the name lol.

 

I know it.When my company at the time sent me there I thought for what I don't have a reefer trailer.But dispatch said they also repair Qualcomm's.
