A company that will use and abuse you and your truck for self satisfaction. I got hurt while on the job and because the DR gave me light duty with a 50lb restrictions I was terminated as a owner operator. Because with such I am unable to tailgate loaded pallets and load store dunage for free.Work that normally you would be paid to do at most companies.

 

No, sir based on my Dr restrictions medical pass I am unable to tailgate at all and because I'm not I was terminated. I fracture my ribs and with the dr. note also informed that ONLY time can heal ribs infractions there is NO known medical process or remedy to speed up the process so I was terminated. However they don't monetary compensate drivers for doing such work. And so you know I would tailgate even in my condition knowing not to stain myself or do more than I can handle.
