They qoute a 3%mpg savingsm, But ever since then ive never used them again regardless if the trailer has it its going to stay closed from now on.

Most companies will pass if it was recent. Also depends on how expensive the damage was. You might want to stay another 3 months. To put alittle time behind the accident. Most insurance companies say you are more likely to have another accident in the next 90 days. This is why many companies shy away from those who have had recent accidents.
But I'm sure u can find another bottom feeder to let you hold the wheel. You can try for the big boys but I'm sure they will pass until you can put some safe driving miles and time from the last incident. -
Im a yard dog. One night a driver was backing into one of our docks and had them open. I sped in fromt of him. He was rolling backwards. Honked my horn. Montioned him to stop. He was about to throw a fit until i told him they were open. He then thanked me for saving his butt. He said he would have been fired for sure.

Did you pretrip this trailer at all when you hooked to it? Even a quick walk around would I think you would have noticed the wings...did you check the seal? I would say you will be fine...
