With schneider I got 4 accidents. 2 of them was pulling forward in tight area and door latch got tagged. (Lesson learned) 1 of touched a pole at a customer and manager said no damage it's ok but Schneider put it as accident. Last forgot airline was hooked and pulled from trailer but I fixed it myself. Any company recommendations? I have 2 half yrs otr team .
4 prevenable, Mvr/rest all great

How did Schneider find out you touched a pole?
How did Schneider find out about the air line?Dumdriver Thanks this. -
Guard wrote it down and reported it even after the manager said don't worry about the pole. The line one integrity got the best of me and I told the company (lesson learned if you can fix it then be quite about it)Chinatown Thanks this.

You seem like a decent person, but like you said, "lesson learned."
All 4 of those incidents were stuff most drivers wouldn't mention. Just take care of it themselves and move on.
Which state do you live in? Put your location on your profile and maybe someone in your area can recommend something. Carolina Cargo will give you the driving experience that will really help in the future though. Back to back, coast to coast runs.alghazi Thanks this. -
I read reviews about Carolina cargo and many drivers said they pay you 10 cents a mile. I will post my location too. I did about 10 family owned trucking jobs this evening so something should pop up also applied with werner as they said they have a good chance to get me.Chinatown Thanks this.

I think Carolina Cargo is .11 cpm and that's for all miles the truck runs, not just what you personally drive. In other words, you and the other driver split .22 cpm for all miles the truck runs whether you're driving or sleeping.
Werner dry van will probably be good. Probably get some good runs if you tell the dispatcher you'll go any where any time. -
I hear ya. I have hazmat , tanker plus active security clearance so still looking on the side
