My Rent to own.adventure start tomorrow.

Thats not good. Part of the reason I never went Union. That and watching the laziest people get keep their jobs for no good reason. Once I was plowing for the state. Got a load of salt and went out. About six guys washing a pickup. Came back to get more salt about three hours later and they were still washing the same truck. I can't work in that kind of environment.

 

Ya but for $48 an hour, I don't care what everyone else is doing... I'm going to work, give them my all, and go home with a smile... If they wanna let people sit around it's not my problem

 

Ever worked in a union shop? Showing up the other guys doesn't go over well. You may find unpleasant nasties that will come your way.

Not all lease programs are bad but always find out what money they are stashing from you before signing. If they won't give you that up front....before you go...then stay away. The other thing you must consider is taxes. At a lease payment of 600$ a week that's a 31200$ tax write off you don't get buying . Sure you can claim depreciation but if you buy used your write off won't amount to even near that much. And believe me when you try to make 275k disappear every write off counts.
