Does it matter if my steer axle is running 22.5 tires and rims, instead of the 24.5 that its supposed to be running? Will there be a difference in ride feel? Will it affect anything negatively?
Wrong tire and rim size on steer axle

As long as they are the same size as the drive tires, otherwise it can effect the drive line angle.
I had one truck I switched from 24.5 to 22.5, but I did it to save 200 lbs of weight and to get a little more pulling power.
Don't think it would effect ride quality any.wr2001 Thanks this. -

I run 11.24.5 on the drives and low pro's 24.5 on the steers. No issues.

If the 22.5's are talls 11R and the drives are low pro 24.5's they are so close to the same height you couldn't tel
Thought I was the only one doin that lolOLDSKOOLERnWV, wr2001 and Diesel Dave Thank this. -

I think " wore out" hit on the head with them being the same overall height. I have a winch ruck that came with 22.5 floats on the front and tall 24.5s on the rear and the truck sits level. good luck and be safe!
wr2001 Thanks this. -
