Why pull up?

Once I'm parked, I'm either heading inside for food, bathroom, shower, etc, or I'm crawling straight into my bunk. I do all my people-watching at Wal-Mart and the mall, where relatively normal people are at.

 

yeah thats just a common courtesy I've always thought

 

If it's a newer truck with all the emissions bells and whistles what comes out of the engine is practically harmless regardless of where the exhaust comes out of the truck.

Eh... a little privacy maybe. Perhaps you are a weed burner. Or that reefer you got on possibly. (Did you password it so no one kills it while you sleep?)

I think Privacy would be it. You never know some drivers sometimes.

I never thought about it. But what I do sometimes enjoy is coming into a stop with 5 trucks in tow and 1,2,3,4,5,6 line up together and back at once equally into a huge spot at the same time. That is always a show. But do they pull up? Eh... never thought about it.

 

I just don't want nerdy wal mart drivers getting jealous of my evening relaxation ..cheers !

 

I don't leave the truck, or get in the bunk until both sides are parked.
