Freedom Self Dispatch!

It may be a new policy. I don't agree with it, but I don't make policy. I know if you are a company guy and went lease that was policy, but if you were coming in as an OO without board experience, it was 30 days.

 

I was told 3 months myself

 

How has it gone for those 30 days being dispatched? Still doing ok?

 

Thinking about becoming an independent dispatcher this way you guys don't waste time looking on load boards.

 

I think there is a breakdown between bad info being put on the boards and bad planning now if you mess up on board in any way its a 400 penalty but if they screw up its on you ....really thinking getting my own authority looks better

 

How have your numbers been being dispatched those 45 days? Still doing ok? Keeping you moving at good rates?

 

Not exactly gonna work quite that way. I don't like the way the new addendum is worded, but since I like staying relatively local, I'll give it a try.
