    The mobile app sucks, you can only view 5 loads per page, you can't short of newest load postings.
    That really sucks because then you have to go through page after page of seeing the same loads you didnt want.

    Schneider is slow and cheap, thats why its not fixed yet. Thats aspect of Schneider is prevelant throughout the company. I mean slow in more ways than one.
    Just since I came back into work I did a load where the pay LTL & FSC was entered in twice for a load and I got paid for it lol.
    A few days ago I saw a load that normally has set appointments have an open window so I was like man this is great, let me book this quick before someone else snipes it out. Next morning I was thinking you know what let me check on this to verfiy it's open window.
    Schneider tells me it's not open window, that the person whom confirmed the load never entered in the appointment time and it showed up as an open window appointment. :biggrin_25510:


    Doesn't Schneider have on the back of some of their trailers "more respect"?
    If Schneider respected it's ICs they would have made fixing the load board their number 1 priority. We are trying to run a business here afterall.

    They don't care...i had a great conversation with an IC a couple days ago.. He been here 15 years and he said he's never seen it this bad ever ... He said loads that he used to do weekly are no longer on the board but when he went to thee place to ask if Sni was still servicing them he said they were wondering where he's been and showed him two hands full of stacked orders for us.. Your right Wipper the board shouldve been fixed ASAP..i called and gave them my opinion several times this week but all I got was there is no ETA . It's crazy

    Yup they don't care, just like they dont care if are on hold forever.
    Last week I did a load where the consignee wouldnt release MTs without a specific release number that are assigned to each MT.
    Of course that wasn't noted in the remarks of the load and I had to call in... was on hold 20 min before someone answered and it took over 30 minutes before they could find that release number.
    A couple days ago I had to a load that delivered to a place that needed a gate code to get in.. usually its on the load but not this time.
    Another 20 min hold to get the code and I asked why the gate code wasnt in the load? "They must have forgot" :biggrin_25510:

    Now that freight is down they are withholding more loads off our board to keep for company trucks. It is what it is.
    Seems still they dont even have enough freight for the company trucks
