Oh good, they're working on it now... as in, it's completely not working anymore.
Edit: Spoke to soon, it's back to just being crappy again and kinda working. -
They'll be back in tomorrow...lol

Not that they will spend any time fixing the broken load board, LOL.
anybody heard any sort of ETA for the fix on this thing? -
Finally got frustrated enough to call them today. They have absolutely no clue when they are going to fix this, I think, mainly because they figure it's not important.
I wish that all the IC's would start making daily phone calls to tech support for updates on this. -
Good luck with that when I mention Sni issues I'm called a whining cry baby.

If everyone started calling, this problem would be magically fixed within a day or so.
Most things, I don't worry about, as they don't have any impact on my business.
When you search for loads by revenue per mile though, and have to go through all the BS local loads because you can't filter them out, it takes longer to get the job done.
The problem is, since the limited mobile version works, they have simply put this on the backburner and not overly concerned about it.TennMan Thanks this. -
It is really a shame this issue hasn't been resolved.... Any other company would've had this fixed ASAP .. It takes longer to find loads which impacts business... But they don't care.. It's very frustrating to say the least

Has anyone tried a different browser?? I use Firefox. Couldn't get anything to work on I.E.

I've been using the mobile app 95% of the time since I've been here never have any issues I sit back and read all these people wanted and complaining instead of complaining on here when I try to turn around and make phone calls to the top of the management chain and Schneider that might make a difference what you think?
