Any Body else with experience with premium 2000?

 

I have the engine/aftertreatment warranty and have had a good experience w/ Premium 2000. It has paid off having the warranty. They are fair and have paid the warranty claims promptly.

 

Waste of money.....

 

I would maybe question any after market warranty and it's abililty to pay for repairs if you purchased it with your truck at some independent used truck dealer. How ever if it was purchased at a "national" brand dealer then i dont see why (ie) Pete or KW cant take care of it. After all, they did sell you the warranty. As for a tow bill being expensive to a dealer... perhaps. But then again, there's plenty of operators out there with step decks/double drops/rgn's who are constantly rate cutting, so i would think affordable transportation for your broke truck could be found

 

Need some new feedback on Premium 2000 engine and after treatment, about to by T680 with 500 miles on it MHC is offering 350 3 years warranty on it

 

what engine is it? And premium2000 isn't worth the paper it's written on. Don't waste your money on Premium2000

Well guys I bought a 2012 Volvo about 4 months ago and the truck has bin in the shop for the last 3 weeks with a aftertretment problem they finally figured out that it needed the scr catalyst to be changed I was told the part cost over $5000 wich the premium 2000 is covering so for me it will pay for it self this first time used.

 

That's no way to start out with a new truck, glad to hear the positive feedback. Hopefully it all works out, keep us updated with the rest of the process.
