    Hi all. been a while sense i last typed here. but my last trucking company keep me busy. to busy. but now i am looking for information on a trucking company out of portland oregon by the name of market transport. good or bad i do not care.

    I really don't know much about them but live here in Portland and saw they had an add posted in the local paper and wondered the same as you as I am looking for a job now...driving for 20 years and this in one of few around here that I'm not too framiliar with...that is why I'm here also...

    They drive I-5 mostly, and there drivers seem happy.

    I worked for market briefly in 2007. They were a good company to work for then, not sure now. I made 37cpm plus 2cpm bonus for all miles if you went over like 9000 per month. Kept me busy then but who knows now with the econ in shambles. My disp bob was cool and never had a problem getting ahold of him. Their trucks were well used ( 400k mi +) but pretty well maintained.

    They have/had a drop yard or some kind of Terminal in Phoenix. Western States mostly.
