    That inmate was really dumb. 1 day from lasting freedom.

    Maybe he is one of the kind that is scared of the outside world and figured this would be a good way to get sent back for a while.

    Why somebody would do such an idiotic thing is beyond me. 1 day? makes me wounder if he really knew that or not. Perhaps we are not getting the full story here because I find this a little hard to believe.
