I'm just going by what I read... It's under the thread "Picking my own freight baby Schneider IC... Can't link it from my phone... A driver that's on the Roehl deal posted a little info on that thread...

@Scott72 is on it... I'll shut up and let him fill everyone in

LOL. Either way matters little to me. I would never think of moving my truck to a place like that. I'm more then happy where I am. I'm glad these lease guys are starting to get real options. But I don't expect the failure rate to improve by leaps and bounds.Canned Spam, CasanovaCruiser and HalpinUout Thank this.

For someone that's interesting in making the switch from company driver to lease purchase with a load board (please, no advice on not doing a lease purchase lol) and not knowing a single thing about a load board or multiple load boards, is it easy to learn? Are there any websites or tutorials or anything to better prepare myself? I ask because like someone said, it has been a reason for failure for some and a reason for success for others. I would greatly prefer to be on the success side of the fence.
Thanks! -

I think if all lease do a load board everyone would be happy. Or yet should I say most people would be happy.I know I would be if I can pick my own load. I don't have to wait 30 on someone. And if you don't like a load u have to sit and wait. Or deal with weekend dispatcher. Heard prime have one too and swif...# trolling# lol not true.

Yup and can't say oh I didn't get a load or blame them .CJndaTruck Thanks this.

Just saw this now. Yes we have a board, but it is very limited. Percentage is only offered to flatbed, but they don't have the board either. I'm on the van side and we get anywhere from 0-5 choices of loads. You just click and go. The tough part is you can't book more than one load at a time, in fact you can't even look at the board again until you're in a window of 22 hours from unloading the current dispatch you're on. Really sucks. Doesn't sound like percentage is going to happen on the van side at all. It's a very, very basic board and rumors are they manipulate what your board shows too in order to flow trucks in areas they need.HalpinUout Thanks this.

Malone offers a lease either through them or Quality or your own truck. Load board no company drives.
