Schneider Racist Hypocrites

Does Swift discriminate against good drivers? Doesn't seem like they hire any competent people.

I'm sure it does happen. I guess it depends on what OC you're out of. I'm out of Atlanta and I see mostly 2013-15 with 10 speed manuals. The guys out of there with '16 amt are the 3 year plus guys. Although they do have about 10 trucks that are from IC turn ins. I'm sure those will get decals and be handed out in the fall.

 

Somebody, TequilaSunrise, was talking about Portland, OR not Portland, ME.

It kind of says a lot about a company that does not want to invite a prospective employee to the local terminal. Nothing special to see in Schneider, Portland OR, but kind of queer they don't want to open the door to a prospective employee. Is it like they are embarrassed or they don't want the prospect to see the sales pitch does not match up with reality.

I can say with 100% certainty that Swift is an equal opportunity employer...they treat everyone from newbie to a 20 year driver with a perfect record...equally like crap.

 

We were the last class to do the flyover.....if that narrows it down for you, but, ironically, it was in '83. How about that.
