Grimaced in anguish and shame then. Seems more appropriate, from my understanding of the situation.

Ya def old pic....Central hasnt had matching rims in quite some time...
One time, t/a refused to change a tire unless they changed rim also..It was very corroded and britle
So In 2013, as a central driver, I had the shiniest newest white rim ever!! It stuck out so bad, guys were sayin " are those l.e.d's?" and "what size batteries you got in that rim?" etc etc...It gave value to my trailer that evening...I was the talk of the town at the 76 in Blythe that night..
Good times at central...I was thankfull they sprang for a rim....It was a nice-un...my regional manager had his degree in horticulture, so i was afraid he wouldnt understand..But he came thruKillingTime Thanks this. -
already gone and Blackshack46 Thank this.

I have NEVER seen a Central truck in any condition near that good.Mike2633 Thanks this. -
Oh yeah by the way that's probably the nicest Central Transport Sterling I have ever seen no joke. Actually most of those are pretty much gone out of there fleet now it's like Central goes on these massive tractor buying sprees where they replace every single truck in there fleet all at once and then keep those trucks for 10-13 years or so until there literally paper clipped and duct taped together and then when there isn't anymore duct tape and paper clips they go off and buy the cheapest base model trucks they can, because you can tell there new trucks are all base model with just the bare necessities. There stuff isn't like ABF who has Mack custom build things and custom spec things and put on custom tool boxes and battery boxes and fuel tanks and all sorts of other things. Of course comparing ABF to Central is like Mercedes Benz to Yugo. I guess Central is trying to clean up there act thought. What I want to know is what happened to all those 2003 Pro Logistics International DOT sleeper trucks Central used to have running around Ohio and the Auto Belt. I haven't seen a Pro Logistics or Universal or Moheican Transport in a while. Did Central lose all that auto contract business?Last edited: May 31, 2016

I doubt it, they just call all those different companies universal now.
Mike2633 Thanks this.
