It is actually my "C.B. Handle", I don't intend to kill anyone. I do not have the ticket anymore due to various reasons, such as moving. I also done stated I don't remember much due to the length of time.

For some reason this is weighing heavily on you. Maybe you should tell us what you can, or if I'm right and there's much more to it, you could PM someone here to talk it out..?
-
If it is a simple collision from changing lanes why run to an attorney all of a sudden. My guess is a civil suit.
-
Honestly speaking, anything is possible nowadays. Also, i will not put anything past no one.

There is, and i am not about to lie about what i do and do not know. This happened 10 years ago and i am being honest as i can and i am also trying to remember as much as possible.

Until you tell all the detail you can it is obvious you are hiding something. Really, you remember what you were cited for but not of the collision.
JReding Thanks this. -
It was over "changing lanes", when I pulled around back at a weigh station and hauled to a nearby county jail. I have tried securing some way on getting an accident report by running my name and license number, but everything is coming back clean. How can I hide something when this happened in 2006 and I cannot remember everything?

What was the name of the company you were with? I may or may not have sources...
-
In 20 years I never hauled anyone to jail over improper lane change.
Retired2015 and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
The company I was with at the time was known as "Priority Transportation" out of Chesterton Indiana.
