Zaroba they don't provide radios for music you have to buy it to put it in if you have less then 5 months experience
-
haha, your so funny.
But seriously, a laptop with thousands of songs with playlists for various genre's and moods of music is far more flexible, has no commercials, and has no worries of losing signal. Set it up to play for hours at a time and when you stop to take a break or fuel up, change the music if you want to.Last edited: Jun 2, 2016

Looks like theres mixed feelings here. Trans am is a good company to get experience with as a starter company. Just don't go through their cdl training here on the yard take a course where you have to learn to shift gears first so if you ever want to work for another company that has a manual its like riding a bike you can never forget how to do it. The school here just has autos on the training course.

Getting my load in the morning going back to Tulare. Going to try and get up into the northwest. Too hot for a fat guy like me in the south

Well I have transitioned over to navajo since trans am was wasting my time. Going so well so far yall enjoy your autos I will enjoy my standard 10 speed.
jaso37 Thanks this. -
Anyone running regional accounts for this company? Considering making this my new place of employment.
-
Never heard of a regional account with TransAm. Their main business is taking loads out of the meat plants in the Midwest (Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa) and running them to the population centers in the East. Pick up what ever they can as back hauls. More to it than that, but it is it in a nutshell. Good luck.SlowRollin said: ↑Anyone running regional accounts for this company? The only account they have regional is texas, Oklahoma. If your new to driving then they are good as long as you don't lease. I switched from them a month ago to navajo and am loving my new job. You will sit alot at trans am just to let you know. I hardly sit now and if I do I get paid after 2 hours shipper or receiver. No fighting for it required.SlowRollin said: ↑Anyone running regional accounts for this company? Considering making this my new place of employment.Click to expand...Last edited: Aug 4, 2016
