If the OP was a black female you would think that she would know the difference between racism and sexual harassment/discrimination.
The OP is losing the game. "I'm playing the race card for the win". That's not the race card, that's the seven of diamonds.

You'd be surprised how long we can carry it....lol

Better make it a sticky in the Schneider section so any potential recruits know how terribly discriminatory SNI is. How dare they fire a black/female/whatever the hell the OP is for not knowing how to shift!Lonesome Thanks this.

I wish that all these one post wonders would come back for a reunion every now and then so they could entertain us some more.
moosc, drvrtech77 and dngrous_dime Thank this. -
When I started out I actually took criticism very well I always thought no, I must improve immediately. In fact it got to the point where I beat management down, to where one of the managers eventually just said "Hey look I'm not picking on you, I don't want you to think that."
Shortly after that they changed there whole affect towards me. I think they saw I really was trying to do it right and was really trying hard and I really was and they kind of took a step back after that.
I ended up quitting that company for a variety of reasons however, when I quit they dragged me in the office and said please don't go no joke. So it's more or less are you trying there paying you they want you to perform this is real life. There not going to hold your hand. Now at the same time once you get proficient and all that stuff if it's not your bag remember they didn't give you anything you earned it all through your own hard work. So if they do stink and I'm talking any company in particular because not every job is for everybody, then you go and find what's best for you.
Yeah in the beginning you'll be put through your limits and tests a lot and it's going to stink, but that also is how you get better and grow it's a growing pain.AM14, Voodoo Pyg and superflow Thank this. -
But isn't that what it's supposed to be? My last trainer ran me to the limits of my mind. I thought I was going to kill him. But he explained that, him messing with me was just a way of brining out the best in me. He's still training today if he hasn't gone back across seas and I'll recommend him to any student in the future. Even now I still give my best as a driver and that was a year ago I was with this guy.

May as well shut this thread down eh @MACK E-6? There's no point in carrying on. The OP turned tush and ran after a little criticism.

There are better ways to teach/train. If I don't see my trainer ever again, it will be too soon.Voodoo Pyg Thanks this.
