Protecting your privacy is a good policy. In the real world things can get messy real quick over a simple misunderstanding here. (here meaning online in general)

 

Can anyone tell me what it means when background status changes to competitive? Thank you!

 

It means you passed the background check.

 

Thank you!!!! I am amazed because people were saying it took months for it to change.

 

Does anyone know what the HR status of "Post offer checks completed" means? Thank you.

 

It means you are now cleared to be hired as a driver. Expect a call from HR to schedule an orientation date in the near future. Orientation always starts on the Monday (possibly Tuesday if class is very small like when I was hired in 2013) following the start of a new pay period. Next Monday, June 13th, would be the next available date, though it is too soon to schedule, so June 27th or later would be the date to start orientation.

The Hopkinsville orientation is scheduled for 6/27. My husband got his call today. He will also be in that orientation on 6/27.
