Don't get your hopes up, when was the last time SNI did anything to benefit IC's or Company Drivers... They have the cash to buy out other companies yet can't bump up driver pay. They spend millions on worthless equipment to reduce accidents caused by inexperienced bottom of the barrel drivers because they drive all the experienced and safe drivers away with low pay. How about bumping up the pay scale, reducing the turnover rate, attracting better drivers, yada yada yada...

I'm tired, had a #### day, most likely will have a #### day tomorrow, and need to vent.

Ya can't blame me, I have nearly 5 years in with a clean record and make whopping 37cpm... Why have I stayed? I used to love this company and I see it transforming into garbage before my eyes. I can go just about anywhere else and make more but I feel that if I'm gonna make a move I'd probably rather just get out of this industry all together. Tough to do when the only real job experience I have is 5 years of trucking and basically nothing else. Got my cdl when I turned 21 and had small off and on jobs before that. Not enough experience in any other field unfortunately.

Dude.. With 5 yrs clean experience, you can do a lot better than that. That's horrendous. Tons of companies would roll out the red carpet for you.

Good news if you are a company OTR driver.

It appears there will be some dedicated openings if you live in the right areas. Reading the WS thread, they won't drive trucks with driver facing cameras (lol), that are governed, and want to talk on their phones while driving down the road. Should be plenty of opportunities for you in the coming months. Nice dedicated with good home time.

Don't worry you won't have driver facing cameras, and the hold time for support shift won't be bad, they have their own dedicated lines......I am done trying to help them out, they would rather believe rumors than truth.

    Look into it!
