Was the accident in KY? If it was then the reason was because KY is a no fault state. Meaning no matter who is at fault no one will be cited. Your company will have it on record and can tell future employers about it.

You said you checked your PSP and your DMV. What about your DAC? Or if your company uses something else like DriverFacts? This is where you will find a complete listing of the "preventable" accidents your former employer is reporting to perspective employers. DMV only records accidents when there is a police report. PSP only records accidents if there is an injury or a towed vehicle.

So Just kind of wanted to try and update this a little. My girlfriend was bugging me to go eat, that day. Yes so the cop did give me the ticket. and no I don't think he believed me. When it all happened, there was people that stopped and asked if we was ok, but then everyone left, after a few minutes. There was one person that showed up within a few minutes and it was a family member. Low and Behold when I talked to the officer then he said there was a witness and that she had left. I was trying to figure out things and they are probably going to say that it is a preventable. So I think I got screwed. I'M LIKE SO VERY CURIOUS WHAT WOULD ANYONE DO WITH THIS.. Ok So Again I don't want to lie but I have been filling out applications and it seems no one is going to hire me. Especially after you say I had the accident. I checked the psp the mvr , but have not checked my dac.. yet... Just was looking for a little Fellowship too, Anyway Would anyone try too lie, and maybe stretch the truth a little. I might be interested in just a class b local, like at Pepsi Company or Coca- cola, I have only a few options, Owensboro, ky or go to Evansville, In Yes there are local companies. There again they might check with my Last Job, These Mega's I'm sure don't care about me.. Everyone ,,, THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH FOR THE INFORMATION AND HELPING ME. All that is giving inspiration, words of wisdom and hope. I've just had some very bad luck, with loosing mom, and had told her that I would get the local job to be home. with only 4 months into job, the ticket, then loosing my dad to, then the accident, Yea sometime life is screwed up, but that's aright.. I guess since my glass is always half full. I'll move up from here.. I'll check into everything that I can. Thanks again

They must do things different in KY. Where I'm from, if you turn left in front of someone, it's called failure to yield to oncoming traffic. The person turning left gets the ticket, if there is an accident.
