I currently drive for Western Express and I'm thinking about moving over to Jordan. Any helpful advice, tips . Anything would be appreciated. I would like to know all i can before I jump into bed with another company doing that with Western turned out to be a HUGE mistake. I won't go into details. I just want any info I can get on Jordan. Thanks in
    advance.

You have "some" options depending on your driving record, like trans am(don't lease.), celadon, werner, and theres a few others who will take you. My suggestion though is to stick it out till you have at least 6 months and more options will be available.

Well I would stick it out but I haven't had a full pay since I started with them and I can't afford to stay any longer. I'm getting further and further behind on my bills and such

Do some research and find a company you think fits with you you might have to go out with a trainer, or you might not.

When I worked for Jordan it was a good company. Paid on time, rarely waited on a load assignment, got home nearly every weekend and they were great about getting us home for the 7 major holidays. We never dropped & hooked. The whole orientation is a job interview. Keep that in mind. All in all it was a good company. If they weren't in MS I'd go back to them. They take out MS state income tax. You file with MS and depending on what your home state is, MS will reimburse you. Living in NC, MS never gave back all the taxes leaving me owing NC. After two years of that I left.

    Good luck

I forgot this, MS has agreements with some states to do a full refund. LA is one and half the staff at Jordan live in LA. They check a box on their return and get a full reimbursement. They were clueless when I presented my problem.

As I said they were a good company with good training.
