Nebraska Beef recalls

What is up with the meat packing industry? Lived in Ft Worth growing up. Had huge Swift and Armor packing houses and never had any recalls for 50 years. Now every time you turn on the news there is a massive one. I wonder how much the influx of illegals into that work place has caused this problem. I know that the regs for working with food in TX have been reduced to jokes. When I was in high school friends had to take blood tests and TB screen before you could go near another persons food in a restaurant or grocery store. Now they show them a 15 minute film about washing your hands and away they go.

 

Wow, you reminded me of this. I totally had forgot that we had to do this. I have no clue what is required now though.
