My question is how many reps of each part do you have to do? If it's just a couple, I'm good. If it's a bunch, I better start getting in shape for it now.

I don't know, this sounds more like avoiding workman comp claims than it does driving safety. They're certainly shrinking their hiring pool.

The other two I was considering were Jim Palmer and Maverick (Glass division). They may be in my future too. I don't want 40K in a truck with a trainer but like that Jim Palmer is all west of Ohio--very appealing. Maverick Glass does 48 and Canada and pays quite well, however, I want to be in better shape. They mean business with their screening test, lots can't do it.
So, I figure Roehl is a good company and I like their training set up. The pay isn't the greatest for the long run but will be fine while I'm learning the business for a year or two--which is why I don't mind signing their contract.NavigatorWife Thanks this.
