Hey, that's awesome to hear! I'm enjoying my training experience thus far. Got a cool trainer to show me the ropes. Be sure to let me know if you have any questions! I'll do my best to answer them.
Feel free to use me as a referral if you haven't already done so with someone else. My driver code is lindja.
Good luck! Jeff

One real nice feature of tje training program is that they put both the student and trainer on salary during the training weeks. Also, no team loads where he's sleeping and I'm driving. Takes a lpt of pressure off and allows us to focus on learning amd teaching.
Stuck in salt lake city one more night due in large part to lumpers who like to empty the trailer the go to lunch before telling the driver they are done. I cam tell they are going to be the bane of my driving existence. -
Its official.... Passed application process and they surprised me today by telling me I am flying....lol Guess Reefer guys out of my area (southern California) do orientation in Tacoma, WA. Already received the airline confirmation number....
Glad your enjoying your training Shadowlurker. Keep the greasy side down. -

Training is 225 for the 4 day orientation. If you need a trainer w a driver, its 600/week. I also got the first part of the bonus for 750 of 7500 total. I'm still training.

I have experience so I am not doing training by no means, I am actually running pretty good and also kinda shocked how well your treated here. SO FAR though....lol but seriously do not seem to get any BS. They do not bother me or try to crawl up my ***. I am on the western region and getting 1100 to 1300 mile loads back to back with a short one (400-900mi) added in somewhere. Loving the cummins in the cascadia too. Can really notice the difference.
Anyway, I am liking it here. Being I have been with other companies before, megas, mom-pop companies, lease, etc.. INTD is topping the list of companies I think are pretty good. hopefully they keep it up.rachi and BigRigFisher324 Thank this.
