I was with prime 8 years ago so I know how the program works I was in the flatbed division... I just left after about 20 months because of issues with the dispatch there so I know how Prime operates anyway but you stepped up to the plate and actually provided proof so I don't think anything else needs to be said about it

    CaptainDaveG and mickimause Thank this.

Ok, so your proof is a guy you know who's response is "I don't think so"? Hmm
Umm, MC numbers no longer need to be on the tractor. Do I need to find you that FMCSA regulation as well? Run the dot number on the FMCSA website, you'll see it pulls my my company name.

Do I now need to provide proof of the trailer being in my companies name as well? Gees you are fing retarded. I am sorry that after only 3 years of driving I have been able to accomplish something that you have only dreamed of and that hurts your feelings.

Do I also need to post a copy of the rate con sheet from Prime Logistics for the load I ran for them last month? Here you go. See where is shows my company as the CARRIER?

Since you have worked at Prime before you know this isn't a normal dispatch for a lease operator there. This is what you get from Prime Logistics.

He's got all the required information on the truck... He has his usdot number... I think you need to study up a little bit because you obviously do not know what the regulations are.... because he has the exact same information on the side of his truck that Schneider has on theirs

Schneider is a mega there is really no need to have their MC number displayed but independent drivers first thing dot do is punch in your MC number at a scale or traffic stop and if you Google his McGill logistics LLC nothing comes up.. If you're operating as a company you should be in the trucking database. you're not nothing comes up...i can Google my brother's LLC and his company info pops up every detail... I'm done debating I just like to call out the chest thumpers that try to make it seem like there doing so much better than others...
