    If it was me who witnessed him getting on top of the trailer I would have told him to get down and why rather then tattle like some 5 yr old.

    I know it.It doesn t matter what you do there's always somebody that makes a huge deal out of it and when you're noticed at the company you work with.The good deed doers aren't noticed at all.

    Don't know what the rules are down there but some of my customers want us harnessed off at 6' or higher (provincial regulations are 10' and up). Get caught without a harness above whatever height is specified and you can pretty much kiss your job goodbye. Even a few of my buddies on the west coast, where safety is fairly lax, have to be tied off when they climb up on top of their tankers.

    Yep they get kinda touchy on top of lds
    Heck I was kneeling on my lowboy deck with the crane holding the insert. Got reamed for being on a suspended ld. 2 feet off the ground. I'm like really...
