If it was me who witnessed him getting on top of the trailer I would have told him to get down and why rather then tattle like some 5 yr old.

Don't know what the rules are down there but some of my customers want us harnessed off at 6' or higher (provincial regulations are 10' and up). Get caught without a harness above whatever height is specified and you can pretty much kiss your job goodbye. Even a few of my buddies on the west coast, where safety is fairly lax, have to be tied off when they climb up on top of their tankers.

Heck I was kneeling on my lowboy deck with the crane holding the insert. Got reamed for being on a suspended ld. 2 feet off the ground. I'm like really...Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.
