Anyone that stays at Wenger Truck Lines is there for one reason and one reason only. Nobody else will hire them.
Every bad thing here is true and it's much worse than that.
One more thing to add is that they are sticklers for messing up your DAC report whith flat out lies. You have to keep on your toes and really pay attention for that not to happen.

Oh make sure you're sucked in by your ride to orientation will be a stretch limo...LOL. What a freaking joke.
It's a stupid incentive if you ask me. Limo ride to the orientation center in a slum building in the slums of Davenport, IA. That's right, your accommodations for orientation will be an office room in a slum building that they threw a bed in. No tv or bathroom . Community bathroom and and tv room and not even a shower in the building. Meals will be a $10 bill at 11:30am and again at 4:30 pm. You're on your own where to get that $10 meal...LOL.
By the way, my stretch limo was a 2014 prostar with a 53 foot trailer. The inside of the truck looked like a herd of pigs lived in it. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 2014 and the driver matched the truck. -
They are in the process of changing their na me to dts.they had a ad on craigslist.I called and when the recruiter started talking,I said is this wenger?he said yes and I said you owe me 2200 dollars.

They're not changing their name. They own both companies. Wengers CSA score is so bad that they had to start DTS to keep their accounts...lol. Wenger is the only company I've ever heard of that claims John Deere is their biggest account, but John Deere is brokered to them by CH Robinson...lol...Yep brokered outbound freight. What a f ing joke.loose_leafs and bzinger Thank this.

9 years, and only these few grumbling complainers hiding behind their screens? Half of whom didn't even work there? It's a shame the whole story isn't told. I bet most wouldn't be quite so enthusiastically happy if the real truth of each matter were printed here.Last edited: Jun 29, 2016

Erm, getting drivers to stand together in the millions is herding cats. I remember back in the 80's when fuel crept towards 1.99 a gallon the cb was hollaring up and down strike the USA halt this USA.. and there is always that one who says someone hungry enough will keep USA going hauling next to nothing. That was my first exposure to a situation in which very large numbers of drivers would talk together against something.
The last time? It's after 9-11. Some areas of our USA was filled with talk to burn and eliminate anyone from the road who was not a American. It was a dangerous time.Lonesome Thanks this. -
I did work for them.crap equipment and dispatchers that have no respect for driversStill undecided Thanks this.
