Teens and texting can be deadly combination on highways

That would be a big Duh!!!!

 

I believe that law is here in Illinios as well.

 

Against the law here to! Just saw one yesterday, on the phone, and digging for something on the passenger seat, almost took out a mailbox!!! I have also spotted them on rote 60, texting away, without a care in the world, and that is known as the death highway!!!! I cant help but to wonder just what they think about, but I think thats part of the problem teens dont always think!! Talking is distracting enough, let alone texting Yikes!!!!
