I am currently standing by to transition from "Phase 1" to "Phase 2". I am a disabled veteran and thus far my experience hasn't been too bad as of late. It just so happens that I learned that as I am beginning my transition to "Phase 2" here in SLC, UTAH that there may be a shortage of beds for me to be assigned to. It was mentioned by my trainer that CR ENGLAND will have to pay for any hotel stay outside of the facility, (Which is a good thing). Again, so far, my experience with CR England hasn't been all too bad.....Nonetheless, we have to make the best of every situation,right? I hope it gets better for you.

 

I got talked into coming out of "retirement" I have been driving heavy haul on the weekends and doing some freight brokering. I made a mistake hiring a new agent and letting him work with my customers and now I no longer have those customers or that agent, so I was looking at options. I actually got recruited by CRE saying they got my name from some people over at Central (now swift) saying I was a good trainer. They said if I would come out for the summer I could try it out. If I am not happy I can quit and they will send me home thankful for the 2-3 months of service.

 

Cre is a starter company,their waaay below everyone else,26 cpm,last time I checked.
Experienced drivers can make twice that elsewhere.
