I70 EB Closed!

    Dunno where to put this post but...

    I70 EB at exit 403 in Colorado closed both lanes.

    A semi is completly perpendicular to the highway across both lanes of EB I70...it JUST happened, cops are just arriving...be warned!

    Didn't get a chance...my wife woke me up and I stumbled out of the bunk in my boxers to see lol

    Didn't look fatal, no fires or any 4 wheelers involved.

    It was what looked like a Penske cab, looked like the driver fell asleep and woke up crossing the median

    Oh... that's way out east, towards like Flagler or Seibert, IIRC. Not 100% certain, but I believe they have frontage roads running along the Interstate out that way.

    I'm having a hard time remembering. We're not as thorough as Texas is for having them, but I know we have some, at least.

    Problem with CO access roads is they will randomly end and you might step right in it if you have nowhere to turn back lol. I never chance them, I was thinking more dropping down to Kit Carson and hooking down around the madness...

    We'll need a complete set of photos and a video composition, as well as a causative report confirmed by at least 3 truckers who may or may not have witnessed the crash. At that time, we will presume to offer the real facts leading up to and the crash itself. This needs to be submitted within 15 minutes of the crash so our investigation teams can begin working to second guess police and reporter accounts that will follow too late.
