Bose Seat!

I got the seat installed last week and I can't stand it. My back hurts way worse now than it ever did before I started this study. I told them about it and they said they wanted to get me routed back to Indy to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with the seat before they took it out. But apparently it's the seat itself that's the problem in general.

 

FYI I found out some were put in a control group with a non-functioning seat @TennMan, don't spend the pennies on this seat. The ride is just about the same as the stock.

 

What do you mean by "non-functioning"? Because everything seems to work like they said it would, it's just very uncomfortable to me.

 

Red pill or Blue pill. An unknown percentage placebo to verify findings of fatigue.

 

I'm glad my ghost tester found out the seat isn't any better than stock so I cn save my pennies... lol

 

I've always thought the Bose audio stuff was overhyped and underperforming as well. I was surprised to learn that it is indeed the same company.

 

Are you sure your not in the "non-functioning" group?

 

Fairly sure, the KDUB680 has a fairly nice ride to begin with, and when I leave the seat on while idling u can't feel butt vibrations but off they're more pronounced

 

This is a cut n paste of part of the message I got. "Yeah some of the drivers in the survey are not even getting the electronic seats. They are just getting brand new standard air rides as a control group." I opened up the base of mine cause that's the kind of tinkerer I am, and its a bunch of wiring and gizmos in there.

 

I never even knew electronic seats were in the realm of possibility. The seat I have looks just like the one I used to have, except it's new.
