They can't. It's my life and safety at stake. I tell my manager I need it cool to sleep. If I can't sleep, I can't drive. Response is usually "ok, well try to keep it down if you can." Sure, I will.

You schneider guys should listen to yourselves. Your living like cave men. We all have the right to be comfortable. Window screens? Fans? Seriously? The fiftys are over fellas. Might be time for some of you baby boomers to ride that orange truck into the sunset.

 

Why all these company drivers are so eager to be uncomfortable for the ridiculous bonus is beyond me.

As long as drivers are willing to be uncomfortable SNI is willing to let you.

Your dbl is going to push you to your limits because his or her bonus is also affected however I bet they sleep comfy at night

 

Yea i dont get it. Theres just to many better options out there. We are the backbone of this economy. And the sooner we all realize the power that weilds the better off we will all be.
