You stress out way to much over nothing. If you can't have fun in life why live it.

Twice I have had seals cut at the Atlanta OC. Both times the trailer was locked and loaded. The fun part is the question from cargo claims. "Does it look like anything was taken? "

Lol! Someday s I appreciate the comedy this profession provides.

So far the find empty app has been rather awesome for spotting these miscreants. I've had one trailer that was zip tied and an out of service tag in a drop lot in Alabama. It was the only empty there and after knocking on it and hearing the "empty" sound and hooking up to it and everything working... It was mine.
Twice at two different drop lots in Ohio, one empty left as well. These were showing empty on the app. But had Schneider seals on them. So after the same knocking and a phone call to dbl to find out if it's empty... No more seal and mine.

I swear though. I'll let it get up to 5 times I find Sni seals on empties. After that I'm going to walk out with a bagful of seals and put them on every empty at every OC I go through for a month.

"Obviously new here, a truck stop joke. Simmer down and do a good pre trip"

Have you done such kind of "joke"?

That kind of a "joke" if I catch someone playing on me is a great way for the "joker" to need carrying out from the truck stop. I've no anger issues, but I fully believe that someone playing jokes with a stranger's livelihood deserves a good teaching.

I saw a fleet message that said the IC's are starting to eat each other. It's like I was explaining to you, it's a
" I got mine " culture. F the other guy. Guess in the land of milk & honey, there simply isn't enough time, or effort, to get a trailer fixed.
Good luck, your gonna need it.

Saw a 16 trailer the other day with the emergency glad hand unscrewed and missing, it was on the list of available empties. Somebody really wanted that trailer.
