Salary Pay Question

    There are a couple of other things. Yes, they have the right to deduct for you taking extra time off, provided they also pay extra for work beyond any agreed time. Say you work and extra day in a week.

    Second, drivers are not covered the Department of Labor but by the Department of Transportation so rules sometimes don't apply to us.

    Bottom line, it seems fair to me and if you are happy, relax.
