Purely senseless. Hopefully the driver had a personal dash cam that could shed some light on this and may have caught a glimpse of a license plate and whatever happened to provoke the shooting.
We got the message about this driver over our Qualcomm's the night after it happened. I loaded the guy once out a dairy in Perryton and I'll admit he was a little bit of a short-fuse the first time I met him. The second time, he seemed to be more forgiving about things and understood the loaders and drivers did things their own way when getting the job done. Regardless of how he was running, it shouldn't have ended like this for the guy.
As I said, didn't know him all too well, but to hear more details about how everything went down makes the case just a little more unsettling regardless of past opinions about him.
