That would suck week after week.USX main goal is to make money like the drivers want, you would think USX should be on top of this so drivers aren't sitting for days. Its like how can they afford to stay in business.

That's one company I never recommend. Sometimes it works out for teams, but not good for solo driver. Time to jump ship because it's obvious they couldn't care less about this driver.

Oh, so the headlights turning off when the engine shuts itself down is a design feature?

You need to understand; they put you in a truck with a known problem and didn't tell you about it. You can be killed at any time and they're giving you excuses,"It's not my call." When you become involved in an accident or damage the truck, US Express will throw you under the bus and destroy you on your DAC report.
You can have a new job with a decent company within the next 48 hours. Now, it's your call; the ball is in your court.

Most likely not true. That is assuming the never attempted to have the problem repaired when it was previously reported. An extremely big assumption considering just how bad an accident it could lead to. If a jury will award several million dollars to someone for running into the back of a broke down truck on the shoulder, just imagine the amount that would be handed out for running over someone cause your head lights quit and truck shut off for a known problem. No matter how bad a carrier is, they would not intentionally ignore this problem.

The big companies are now leasing their trucks more than they are buying them... I know for a fact that Sni does not by their trucks anymore they're leasing them from Freightliner and Kenworth...

Yes. The headlights aren't designed to operate without power from the batteries or the alternator. This is a clue as to what's happening for all of the non steering wheel holders.

I can tell you from experience that usx mgt is very inept and could care less...I've seen them do crap that shows they don't care all
Usx could care less...I've personally seen mgt attitude and they have shown that a driver means nothing them..that's why they bring on upwards of 500 drivers a week to orientation... Revolving door and they have been like that for nearly 20yrs...they don't care one bit...

And the batteries immediately loose all power with the engine off?

Dude. You are smarter than this. A company can not lease purchase you a truck if they are leasing it themselves from the manufacturer.
