Bay & Bay

On XM they are always running ads that claim they were voted best company to work for. However it doesn't give many specifics. Their indeed profile lists 71 jobs all owner op jobs, and a 2 out of 5 star rating.
I would talk to a couple drivers before applying. If they give you their name for a referral, disregard everything they say.

Dont know about the lease thing, the line haul guy that does our shop every morning loves it. Lives in ia, drops our return trailler picks a full one, drives to our shop, we enpty it. He drives home with our return. Next night repeat. 5 days a week.

 

Are they still doing business as Bay and Bay? I thought they were a DBA for another big company. I haven't seen those trucks on the road in awhile. Never talked to a Bay and Bay driver not too sure how it is over there

Most people on a dedicated run are happy with their company.

 

Going off of what I've seen at their company in the last 8 years, they are running stronger than ever right now. New equipment, new customers, new ventures. Good stuff!
