What if that first moment was "allowed" to happen? The kidnapper then enforces punishment that reduces the desire to flee. They'll keep "waiting for a better opportunity".

It makes me sad every time I hear of things like this.

 

I knew a guy (knew him personally, not know of someone)that got arrested and charged with rape. The news said that he raped 7 women. They were blowing up the airwaves about the serial rapist. Well the guy and the women settled out of court and all charges were dropped. Would you believe that they were showing his name and face on the news when he walked into the gym? Supposedly rapes 7 women, but he doesn't even do a week in jail.
They said 7 and it was 1 and she and he had a disagreement about her "services".

And this guy supposedly did 6 women. How did he get them? He "convinced them to work in his truck." 18 and 19 years old, talking to a truck driver about working in his truck.

If he kept them against their will in the truck, he would have had to bind them.
1.They would have marks and scars.
2. They would be extremely filthy and malnourished
3. That truck would smell like a sewer and the only way to get that stench out would be to throw everything inside away and disinfect the whole inside of the cab.
4. There would be Missing Persons pictures posted. Something tells me that all their recent pics are on BackPage.

I wonder what @TROOPER to TRUCKER thinks.

 

Sounds to me liked the da notched the case and he could not pass up that deal.

I'd say that about all the DA could stick to him right now.

It's probably against the rules, so I won't post the picture. I'm sitting in a truckstop restaurant and a girl is hangingout around. About 22to23, got that TPT thing going, short shorts, wife beater that's way too small, sneakers and a thong. She's been doing a TPT prance around the truck stop for a couple hours. She's with a driver.
These girls meet guys on BackPage and travel around. They get out the truck, go to a motel and work for a week or so catch another ride, and go to the next city. If they can, they will do some time at a strip club. If they make good, they stick around for a month or so, if not, they move on.
A friend of mine went to one of those dude ranches in Nevada, met a girl who when finding out that he was heading to Wisconsin asked for a ride in exchange for services. My buddy took her to her home in Wisconsin where she lives. She works in Nevada for a couple months then goes home. Happens every day.

AsI far as this particular driver goes, if he were driving an old Chevy van, this wouldn't be news. The reason why it is news it's because he's in a truck. Those evil scum of the earth truck drivers...May they all burn in hell.

That dude is sure getting around in the news. Cuz i haven't really heard anything about him at home.

 

Human nature... Our being in and of itself, is cause to demonstrate the most base acts conceivable by man. In symmetry, we expose the most benign... even, benevolent aspirations conceivable.
