We get a lot of O/O's coming in our section of the forum such as yourself. Many upset at us for their sort comings in business. They run business which aren't financially fit enough to compete with us as a carrier. Usually that's because those O/O's are low on funds and don't have enough capital to invest(started mine with $125k so who you calling broke) in order to be as profitable as they would like. Sometimes its because they aren't willing to run an efficient business. They want a shinny and fast truck not an efficient one, they won't invest in things like apu's, low rolling resistance tires, they want to idle and waste fuel, they don't want to slow down to save fuel, they don't want to use a fuel purchasing optimization program, etc, etc. They got the "I ain't gonna's" and the "I don't wanna's", I ain't gonna and I don't wanna do that even though its what's best for my business but yet they expect to be compensated anyway. Talk about entitlement. This type of folk is usually dependent on running for some pie in the sky unrealistic rate which is the only way they can make their necessary profit is to expect the market to pay more to compensate for their lack of dedication, again entitlement attitude. These folks dont like the fact that this business has become more competitive with time they don't like the elogs and the more efficient aerodynamic equipment that the big companies are running and they are convinced that the large companies are ruining their chances of getting the rates they need. They always want to try to convince everyone else that they are running for too little money in order to do what they can to push rates up to where they need them to be, instead of getting proactive and trying to figure how to do the work necessary in becoming more profitable.

Not saying that any of this is you, but after you began trolling here unprovoked it sure is how you're comimg off.

First. I wasnt trolling. I saw the title of the thread and posted before realizing it was a company subforum. Then made a very simple joking statement. That's it. Nothing more. No different than me picking on a uf fan cause i went to fsu. Or a giants fan picking on me cause i like the 49ers. Some one with some very thin skin and no sense of humor got their panties in a bunch over it so i left but ya just gotta keep quoting me and dragging me back. Jesus some of you people need to lighten the #$%& up.

I have had free ice cream from Ben & Jerry's in Vermont. I have received free cookies from a receiver near Annapolis Maryland. Today I got one that beats them all. I picked up at the Coleman company in Wichita Kansas and they gave me a small propane grill.
