Oooo... The pilot sells this. I don't have to be anywhere till Monday morning.............
Decisions, decisions... -
I've been to that Pilot 100 times. I still have yet to walk down to the lower level. Maybe that's a good thing. FYI, if you fuel there, don't pick the 5th lane from the building. I filled up there yesterday and today. Both times I picked the lane with no automatic shut off on the passenger side pump. Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm and I'll actually remember. I doubt it though.TennMan Thanks this.

Lower level is a Subway and more of the same junk as upper

I don't get to fuel here :-/ I want to... I get to fuel at the J on 80. Exit 215. That place.. Been there twice. First time there was a spot in the first side of the fuel island. And a delivery truck behind the building making it an obstacle course with trucks parked there and his mirrors.
Second time I stopped for a break and there was someone on fire? Maybe. There was definitely a fire truck and a lot of smoke at that same side of the fuel island. I don't wanna go back there...
And beer! But yeah, it's more junk. There are other bathrooms there too though. Less popular ones since stairs and most truckers don't mix -
Ahh yes, the marvelous Penn80 truckstop(s) I fuel there every single trip home. I'm supposed to fill up there tomorrow too...290 miles from the last fill up. Just sayin. The only good thing about that place is that I have yet to see even half of the fuel lanes occupied. That and the flying J (dealer) lot brings back fond memories of off roading in some of my favorite pickup trucks. The cashiers are always friendly too but I'd rather soil myself and finish the 3 hour drive home sitting in it than use the bathroom there.

Be Safe Out There
Captain Dave -
Lee's travel center in midway tn.
Under Jill's advisement and against my better judgement to follow a murder bot, I took US 23 from Ohio to TN.
Ohio was Ohio. KY was wide spacious lanes with hills and downgrades. VA is for suicidal lovers with traffic lights at the bottom of steep grades. TN welcome center still had that new construction smell of fresh cut lumber and paint. -
If you're not heavy 23 is a nice ride.
mindes Thanks this.
